Employee Connection

·         Employee monthly newsletter: A form of communication to help keep all levels of employees informed on Hillandale Farms operations and policies, as well as information that is interesting to employees.

·         Employee monthly evaluations: Employees will fill out anonymous peer evaluations on the last Thursday of each month. Evaluations will help management better understand the work relations at a horizontal level.

·         Employee morning meetings: Every Tuesday and Thursday morning, overseeing managers are to hold a 10 to 15 minute meeting with their departments. These meetings will be used as informational and motivational sessions. This gives managers the opportunity to pass out evaluations, as well as build relationships with employees.

·         Management Monday breakfast meetings: On the first Monday of each month, all of management will meet together for the first hour of the day.  This hour will be used to discuss employee evaluations, new morning meeting topics, company news, and concerns. As a benefit for management, these meetings will be catered with a breakfast meal.
